Credit life and plan duration are different

2degrees states that Prepay credit is valid for 365 days from the top-up date. A Monthly or 14-day Prepay plan has its own period and is set to renew at the end of that period.

If an existing plan lacks enough credit, 2degrees says it can go on hold for three months and renew once the required credit is added. Adding credit does not tell you which plan the recipient has or what allowances it includes.
