Before payment
Verify the product country, face currency, denomination and recipient email. A gift card for one country may not redeem on an account registered elsewhere.
Confirmation comes first
The invoice moves from awaiting payment to confirming and then paid. The delivery timeframe begins after payment confirmation, not when the transaction is first sent from a wallet.
Gift-card code delivery commitment
Mirogift commits to deliver gift-card codes in under two minutes after payment confirmation. The clock starts only when the invoice is confirmed as paid. Mobile top-ups, eSIMs and other formats follow the fulfilment described for the selected product and have no speed claim here.
Gift cards and mobile top-ups
Gift cards are sent to the checkout email, usually as a code or redemption details. Mobile top-ups follow the fulfilment method shown for the product and are not necessarily delivered as a gift card code.
If it takes longer
Keep the order reference and wallet transaction identifier. If the payment is confirmed and the order has not arrived, open a support ticket with those details.
