Before you transfer
You can leave checkout, edit the cart or change the payment method. An unpaid invoice expires after its countdown and must not be reused.
After a transfer
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Keep the order reference and transaction identifier if the invoice shows underpaid, failed or does not update, then open a support ticket.
Gift card issues
Keep the delivery email and do not disclose the code. Record the exact error and where redemption was attempted, including the account country when relevant.
