Product choice

You are responsible for checking the displayed redemption country, face currency, denomination and brand restrictions before ordering. A display-currency estimate does not change the gift card’s face value.

Checkout details

Provide an email you can access and review every cart line before requesting an invoice. The order summary keeps the product, country, currency and quantity visible.

Crypto payment

Send only the listed asset on the listed network, to the invoice address, for the exact amount before expiry. Wallet or exchange fees are separate. Do not pay an expired invoice or transfer twice because of a status refresh error.

Confirmation and delivery

A wallet broadcast is not the same as a paid order. Mirogift commits to deliver gift-card codes in under two minutes after payment confirmation. Mobile top-ups, eSIMs and other formats follow the fulfilment described for the selected product.

Support tickets

Order help is submitted through the ticket form. Include accurate contact and order details, and never include wallet credentials or a full gift card code.
