Fulfilment format guide
Mobile top-up PIN vs direct recharge
Direct answer: a PIN requires the recipient to redeem a supplied code, while direct recharge sends value toward the selected operator account or number. Use only the format stated by the live product; Mirogift does not promise one method for every top-up.
Read the fulfilment label before choosing the recipient
| Format | Recipient action | Completion evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Recharge PIN | Enter or send the code through the operator’s official redemption method | Delivered PIN plus operator redemption result |
| Direct recharge | Usually no code entry; verify the destination details required by that product | Order fulfilment plus operator balance or activity |
| Named bundle | Check the activated allowance and validity | Operator subscription or usage view |
Do not use gift-card email assumptions for mobile products
A digital email may contain instructions, but a direct recharge can post to an operator account instead of exposing a code. Keep the order reference and do not publish a PIN. If a paid order is pending, establish the selected format before opening a ticket.
One NZ documents both routes
One NZ’s own top-up help describes a web flow using destination number, method and amount. It also documents a 12-digit recharge voucher that can be applied by text to 887. This operator example proves that both formats exist; it does not establish the format of every Mirogift SKU.
Common questions
Can I assume a top-up email contains a PIN?
No. Follow the selected product description and fulfilment instructions.
Should I share a PIN in a support post?
No. Treat an unused recharge PIN like stored value and keep it private.
Can a direct recharge be moved to another number?
Do not assume it can. Verify destination details before fulfilment.
