Globe: regular load or a specific promo
Globe’s Prepaid loading flow asks the buyer to choose a regular-load amount or a specific promo. Promos are selected separately in GlobeOne and state their own benefits and expiry; Globe says customers receive notices before and when a Go promo expires.

Smart: Load Balance can fund a separate promo
Reloading adds Smart Load to the Prepaid balance. Smart promos are chosen separately in the Smart or GigaLife app and can be paid from Load Balance, an e-wallet or a card. The app then shows the active subscription and usage.
Choose the Smart top-up for flexible balance on a Smart line. Choose a named promo only after the recipient has checked the current offer and expiry in the operator app.
